Allowing the vehicle to reach a repair workshop
In this case the immediate priority was to allow the vehicle to start again so that it could be driven to a workshop for further inspection and potential repair.
Following diagnostic checks, we carried out the necessary ECU procedures to reset the start restriction so the vehicle could be moved and properly assessed by a garage.

Why AdBlue faults can immobilise vehicles
